Jalen Hurts OUT
Jalen Hurts has been ruled out of Sunday’s game with a blood clot in his calf. The Eagles will be short-handed against the Panthers as neither Saquon Barkley nor DaVonta Smith have been cleared to play. There is a possibility that Andy Dalton will be resigned after being released earlier in the week.
