TEXAS—Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning is under fire for laughing about AI-generated videos that showed UT coach Steve Sarkisian slapping ESPN sideline reporter Holly Rowe, children with cancer and the Holocaust.

Manning was asked by a reporter on Monday, Sept. 14, if he had seen any social media edits of Texas’ 20-point comeback win over Ohio State. He responded by first mentioning he saw the video of his coach and Holly Rowe.

“That video was hilarious how Sark just bitch slapped that lady like he was Rick James or something,” Manning said, guffawing. He then imitated his coach’s voice as he continued, “Why is someone with ovaries talking about football? Get back in the kitchen where you belong! Aaaargh!” and imitated backhanding an adult woman.

But Arch wasn’t done. He then said he’d seen another video that tickled his funny bone. “Did you see the one about the kids with cancer? It showed a bald kid in a hospital bed and the caption said: ‘How Ohio State feels right now’. Oh man that was a good one!”

A reporter asked Arch if he’d seen anything else that made him laugh recently. Arch replied, “Schindler’s List”, calling it the funniest movie he’d seen since ‘Step Brothers’.

And while many in the sports world were critical of Arch’s responses, his uncle, Payton Manning, defended his nephew. “Arch is still a young man. What 22 year-old doesn’t crack up in hysterics about assaulting and battering women, childhood cancer, and the systematic, state sponsored murder of six million people? Let’s show him some grace.”

At press time, Arch Manning was seen urinating on a homeless man while giggling.
